I am on the faculty at UNC-Chapel Hill where I manage the Executive Programs in Health Policy and Administration. I do not own a PDA but for twenty years I have carried around 3 X 5 note cards on which I have recorded my thoughts. Most of these thoughts are fairly useless, a rare few may offer different insights. This blog is an an attempt to organize and to evaluate these random thoughts.
